The Saunawelt (120 Min)

Our signature sauna session provides the quintessential traditional sauna experience, inviting you to fully immerse yourself in the ancient practice. Whether you follow our Sauna Matka journey or listen to your body's cues, you'll discover a personalised path through our diverse sauna rooms.

Your sauna session grants you two hours (120 minutes) of access to our saunas, steam room, and cool-down features. Enjoy the solitude or connect with others in our indoor lounge area, complete with complimentary refreshing herbal teas. Showers and our changing village with personal changing cubicles and individual lockers are provided for your convenience.

• Swimwear and non-glass refillable water bottle required.
• We recommend waterproof slides or flip flops.
• We recommend adding our Honey & Salt peel to your session. Add the peel to your basket once you have proceeded to the checkout page.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

WOMEN-ONLY HOURS & SILENT SAUNA
Our sauna house is coed and a social environment, with the following exceptions. Please note the restrictions to booking the following sauna sessions on our weekly programme:

• WEDNESDAYS: Women Wednesday Sauna (Ladies only) – 5:00 pm until close.
• SUNDAYS: Sunday Silent Sauna – 5:00 pm until close.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel or reschedule your sauna session up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please note that if you book a session less than 24 hours in advance, it cannot be altered or cancelled. For all bookings, late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full price of the session. See our T&C and Booking and Cancellation Policy for full details.
