Rooted in Finnish wellness tradition, it includes a nourishing, all-natural Honey & Salt Peel to be enjoyed in the Steam Room, where it gently exfoliates and boosts circulation, leaving skin radiant, brightened, and softened as the honey warms and draws out impurities, whilst mineral-rich sea salt revitalises.

Your package grants you access to any available 2-hour sauna session, including our Women Wednesday Sauna and Sunday Silent Sauna, offering full access to our Finnish sauna, Alpine herbal sauna, aromatherapy steam room, cool mist room, cold water bucket shower, and lounge area with complimentary herbal teas. It also includes the Honey & Salt Peel, use of showers, a locker, and one bath towel, and one sauna seat cover.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

WOMEN-ONLY HOURS & SILENT SAUNA

Our sauna house is coed and a social environment, with the following exceptions. Please note the restrictions to booking the following sauna sessions on our weekly programme:

WEDNESDAYS: Women Wednesday Sauna (Ladies only) – 5:00 pm until close.
SUNDAYS: Sunday Silent Sauna – 5:00 pm until close.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel or reschedule your sauna session up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please note that if you book a session less than 24 hours in advance, it cannot be altered or cancelled.
