Most sauna sessions are coed. Please note the following weekly programme before selecting your date and time:

WEDNESDAYS (5:00 pm – Close)
Women Wednesday Sauna — Ladies only.

SUNDAYS (5:00 pm – Close)
Sunday Silent Sauna — Sauna session held in silence or minimal whispers.

Please ensure the date and time you select matches the programme for that session.

This signature sauna journey, expertly curated with insights from Helsinki-based consultant Terhen, offers a delightful exploration of global sauna traditions for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Rooted in Finnish wellness tradition, it includes a nourishing, all-natural Honey & Salt Peel to be enjoyed in the Steam Room, where it gently exfoliates and boosts circulation, leaving skin radiant, brightened, and softened as the honey warms and draws out impurities, whilst mineral-rich sea salt revitalises.

Your package grants you access to any available 2-hour sauna session, including our Women Wednesday Sauna and Sunday Silent Sauna, offering full access to our Finnish sauna, Alpine herbal sauna, aromatherapy steam room, cool mist room, cold water bucket shower, and lounge area with complimentary herbal teas. It also includes the Honey & Salt Peel, use of showers, a locker, and one bath towel, and one sauna seat cover.

Kindly note this package is non-refundable or transferable.

Swimwear

Non-glass refillable water bottle
Waterproof slides or flip-flops

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel or reschedule your sauna session up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please note that if you book a session less than 24 hours in advance, it cannot be altered or cancelled. For all bookings, late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full price of the session. See our T&C and Booking and Cancellation Policy for full details.
