Saunawelt Regulars’ Club Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the Saunawelt Regulars’ Club subscription plan ("the Plan"). By purchasing or using the Plan, you agree to the following terms:
1 Eligibility
The Plan is available to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
2 Plan Options and Benefits
The Regulars' Club includes multiple membership levels. Each membership level may offer a different combination of session credits, access privileges, discounts, and other benefits.
Current membership offerings, pricing, and benefits are published on the Saunawelt website and booking platform and are incorporated into this Policy by reference.
Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:
• Monthly session credits
• Unlimited access to certain session types or time periods
• Discounts on food, beverage, and retail purchases
• Promotional or Founding Member benefits
• Access to member-exclusive offers
Membership benefits, pricing, and eligibility requirements may vary by membership level.
3 Billing and Cancellation
The Plan is a subscription-based program. Your initial subscription fee will be billed at the time of purchase and may be prorated based on the date of enrollment. Subsequent billing occurs automatically on the first day of each month thereafter, until cancelled.
Subscribers enrolled under a promotional or discounted rate, including the Founding Member Offer, will have
their subscription automatically renew at the then-current standard rate upon expiration of the promotional period, unless canceled in accordance with this Policy.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
Subscription payments are nonrefundable, and there are no credits for partially used periods.
To cancel your Plan, you must provide thirty (30) days' written notice via email to hello@saunawelt.com.
Subscribers enrolled under a promotional or discounted rate, including the Founding Member Offer, will have their subscription automatically renew at the then-current standard rate upon expiration of the promotional period, unless canceled in accordance with this Policy.

4 Plan Duration and Renewal
Memberships begin on the date of purchase. The initial membership period runs through the last day of the current calendar month. Thereafter, memberships renew automatically on the first day of each month unless cancelled in accordance with this Policy.
Promotional pricing periods, including the Founding Member Offer, are limited to their stated duration and do not extend or renew beyond the applicable promotional term.
Saunawelt reserves the right to change the renewal policy.
5 Booking
All sessions booked using RCP credits require a reservation through the Saunawelt booking app. Entry without a confirmed appointment is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Certain membership levels may limit the number of sessions that may be booked or attended within a given day, week, or month. Such restrictions will be disclosed in the applicable membership description.
Bookings made under the Plan are subject to our Booking and Cancellation Policy. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the deduction or forfeiture of a credit.
6 Plan Usage and Restrictions
Membership benefits are determined by the subscriber's selected membership level.
Credits, access privileges, and discounts may vary by membership level and are described in the applicable membership offering at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise specified:
• Membership credits and benefits are exclusive
to the subscriber and are non-transferable.
• Membership credits may only be used for eligible posted sauna sessions and
may not be applied toward Special Events.
• Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the applicable billing period and
do not roll over.
• Membership discounts do not apply to Salt & Honey Peels unless expressly
stated otherwise.
Saunawelt reserves the right to limit total Plan enrollment.
Subscribers found sharing Plan access may have their membership terminated without refund.
7 Pause
A pause to the Plan is permitted in one-month increments that coincide with your billing cycle. A maximum of two (2) months may be paused within any twelve (12)-month period.
Any pause does not extend or toll the duration of a promotional pricing period, including the Founding Member Offer.
To request a pause, email hello@saunawelt.com with at least fourteen (14) days' notice.
8 Changes to the Plan
Saunawelt may modify or terminate the Plan, including pricing, at any time. If the Plan is discontinued, subscribers will receive thirty (30) days’ notice and will be allowed to complete one additional billing cycle.
Promotional or discounted rates, including the Founding Member Offer, are not guaranteed beyond their stated term and are subject to the standard pricing thereafter.
If the terms or pricing of the Plan change, subscribers will be notified and may choose to continue under the new terms or cancel.
Saunawelt may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue individual membership levels at its discretion.
9 Changing Plan Level
Subscribers may change their Plan level at any time. To request a change, you must provide at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice via email to hello@saunawelt.com before your next billing date. Any change will take effect on your next billing cycle.
Changes between membership levels are subject to the pricing and benefits in effect at the time the change becomes effective. Promotional pricing, including Founding Member rates, may not be retained when changing membership levels unless expressly stated otherwise.
10 Liability
Saunawelt's liability for any claims arising from or related to the Plan is limited to the amount paid by the subscriber for the Plan. Saunawelt is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11 Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
12 Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any revisions will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy to our website. For material changes to this Policy, we will provide notification in accordance with the "Updating of Terms" clause in our main Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the service or product governed by this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.
