Saunawelt Regulars’ Club Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the Saunawelt Regulars’ Club subscription plan ("the Plan"). By purchasing or using the Plan, you agree to the following terms:
1 Eligibility
The Plan is available to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
2 Plan Options and Benefits
The Plan includes subscription levels, each offering a different set of monthly session credits and benefits.
· Regulars’ Club Plan: Unlimited Monday–Friday 60-Minute Reset or 90-Minute Ritual Sauna Session credits per month, limited to one (1) session per day, valid for any posted session, including Women Wednesday Sauna and Sunday Silent Sauna Sessions.

· Founding Member Promotion: A limited number of subscribers may be offered a promotional rate of $179 per month for the first twelve (12) consecutive months of active membership and 15% off food, beverage, and retail (excluding Salt & Honey Peel). After this period, the Plan will automatically continue at the standard monthly rate then in effect, unless canceled in accordance with this Policy.
3 Billing and Cancellation
The Plan is a subscription-based program. Your initial subscription fee will be billed in full at the time of purchase, and subsequent billing occurs automatically on the first of each month thereafter, until canceled.
Subscribers enrolled under a promotional or discounted rate, including the Founding Member Promotion, will have their subscription automatically renew at the then-current standard rate upon expiration of the promotional period, unless canceled in accordance with this Policy.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period.
Subscription payments are nonrefundable, and there are no credits for partially used periods.
To cancel your Plan, you must provide thirty (30) days' written notice via email to hello@saunawelt.com.
4 Plan Duration and Renewal
The Plan duration is monthly, commencing on the date of purchase.
The Plan will automatically renew on the first day of the month unless canceled in writing by the customer at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date.
Promotional pricing periods, including the Founding Member Promotion, are limited to their stated duration and do not extend or renew beyond the applicable promotional term.
Saunawelt reserves the right to change the renewal policy.
5 Booking
All sessions booked using RCP credits require a reservation through the Saunawelt booking app. Entry without a confirmed appointment is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. For Plans offering unlimited weekday access, usage is limited to one (1) session per day.
Bookings made under the Plan are subject to our Booking and Cancellation Policy. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the deduction or forfeiture of a credit.
6 Plan Usage and Restrictions
Each Plan level includes a unlimited weekday access valid for any posted 60-Minute Reset or 90-Minute Ritual Session. Credits cannot be used for Special Events.
Credits are exclusive to the subscriber and are non-transferable. Proof of identity may be requested.
Unused credits expire at the end of each monthly period and do not roll over.
Saunawelt reserves the right to limit total Plan enrollment.
Subscribers found sharing Plan access will have their Plan cancelled without refund.
7 Pause
A pause to the Plan is permitted in four-week increments that coincide with your billing cycle. A maximum of eight (8) weeks may be paused within any twelve (12)-month period.
Any pause does not extend or toll the duration of a promotional pricing period, including the Founding Member Promotion.
To request a pause, email hello@saunawelt.com with at least fourteen (14) days' notice.
8 Changes to the Plan
Saunawelt may modify or terminate the Plan, including pricing, at any time. If the Plan is discontinued, subscribers will receive thirty (30) days’ notice and will be allowed to complete one additional billing cycle.
Promotional or discounted rates, including the Founding Member Promotion, are not guaranteed beyond their stated term and are subject to the standard pricing thereafter.
If the terms or pricing of the Plan change, subscribers will be notified and may choose to continue under the new terms or cancel.
9 Changing Plan Level
Subscribers may change their Plan level at any time. To request a change, you must provide at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice via email to hello@saunawelt.com before your next billing date. Any change will take effect on your next billing cycle.
10 Liability
Saunawelt's liability for any claims arising from or related to the Plan is limited to the amount paid by the subscriber for the Plan. Saunawelt is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11 Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
12 Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any revisions will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy to our website. For material changes to this Policy, we will provide notification in accordance with the "Updating of Terms" clause in our main Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the service or product governed by this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. It is your responsibility to review this Policy periodically.
