HARVEST MOON SAUNA + SOUND BATH

Two Sessions Available: 1:30 PM & 6:00 PM

Join Katrina Hunter of Live Being U Yoga for a 90-minute sauna and sound experience built around three rounds in the Finnish Sauna.

Each 10-minute sauna round will be accompanied by sound, followed by 10 minutes to cool down and rest before returning to the heat.

After the guided rounds, the remaining time is yours — rest in the lounge or continue your sauna session in another room.

BOOKING INFORMATION

This is a special ticketed event limited to 16 guests.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the 6:00 PM start time to allow time to check in, change and shower. The guided programme will begin promptly.

Please bring:

Swimwear
Waterproof sauna shoes
Non-glass refillable water bottle

Towels and a sauna seat cover are provided. Guests may bring additional linens or robe from home.

Saunawelt is a technology-free environment. Mobiles, smart watches and other electronic devices must remain in your locker during the session.

As with any sauna session, guests are encouraged to listen to their bodies and may step out of any sauna round at any time.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

You may cancel or reschedule your sauna session up to 7 days before the event. Seats booked less than 7 days in advance cannot be changed or cancelled. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session price.
