Our First NASA JSC Social!

Join fellow NASA Johnson Space Center employees for an evening at Saunawelt European Sauna House.

Designed as an open-house event, guests may arrive at any point during the evening and enjoy full access to the sauna house at their own pace. Guests will also have the opportunity to experience a guided Aufguss session—a signature sauna ritual that combines aromatherapy, heat and expertly circulated air in the Finnish sauna. As a special addition for our first NASA JSC Social, we'll be serving complimentary handcrafted mocktails created exclusively for the event.

Built on Finnish and German sauna traditions, Saunawelt centres around the thermal bathing cycle of heat, cooling and rest. Throughout the evening, you'll have full access to our Finnish sauna, Brechelbad herbal sauna, steam room, cool mist room, cold bucket shower, infrared loungers, indoor lounge and outdoor terrace, allowing you to experience the sauna house in the way that suits you best.

Whether you're visiting for the first time or already a regular bather, this is a chance to experience sauna as many Europeans do — as part of everyday life.

• Open to NASA JSC employees and one guest; please show NASA ID at check-in.
• Open-house format: doors open at 5:00 PM.
• Full access to all sauna house amenities and thermal bathing experiences.
• Guided Aufguss session included.

• Swimwear and a non-glass refillable water bottle required.
• Waterproof slides or flip flops highly recommended.
• Attendance is limited; advance reservations are required.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment. Please note that if you book a session less than 24 hours in advance, it cannot be altered or cancelled.
