Women Wednesday Sauna
Wednesdays from 5:00 pm until close, the sauna house is reserved for women.

Silent Sauna
Sundays from 5:00 pm until close, conversation gives way to quiet throughout the house.

Please check your booking time before continuing. These conditions apply automatically to sessions booked during these hours.

The Ritual is our most popular sauna session, with 90 minutes to move through several rounds of heat, cooling, and rest, and to experience the house at your own pace.

Enjoy our saunas, steam room, and cooling features as your session unfolds, with time between rounds in our indoor and outdoor lounge spaces and complimentary herbal tea throughout your visit.

Showers, private changing cubicles and individual lockers are provided.

Please bring — all are required:

Swimwear
Non-glass refillable water bottle
Waterproof slides or flip-flops

We recommend adding our Honey & Salt Peel to your session to enjoy in the Steam Room. Add the peel to your basket once you reach checkout.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

You may cancel or reschedule your sauna session up to 24 hours before your appointment. Sessions booked less than 24 hours in advance cannot be changed or cancelled. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session price.
