Wednesdays from 5:00 pm until close, the sauna house is reserved for women.
Silent Sauna
Sundays from 5:00 pm until close, conversation gives way to quiet throughout the house.

The Reset is a 60-minute sauna session for guests who know their rhythm and want a complete cycle of heat, cooling and rest in a more concise visit.
Your session includes 60 minutes of access to our saunas, steam room and cooling features. Move through the house at your own pace, with time between rounds in our indoor and outdoor lounge spaces and complimentary herbal tea throughout your visit.
Showers, private changing cubicles and individual lockers are provided.
Please bring — all are required:
Swimwear
Non-glass refillable water bottle
Waterproof slides or flip-flops
We recommend adding our Honey & Salt Peel to your session to enjoy in the Steam Room. Add the peel to your basket once you reach checkout.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
You may cancel or reschedule your sauna session up to 24 hours before your appointment. Sessions booked less than 24 hours in advance cannot be changed or cancelled. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full session price.
